Let's Harmonise is an emotional self-awareness and relationship wellness application that allows users to track their moods, identify emotional needs, and optionally share this information with connected partners. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use and is intended to support emotional well-being and communication in relationships.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You can disconnect from partners at any time through the Service settings.

Let's Harmonise is not a medical or mental health service. The Service is designed to support emotional self-awareness and communication but is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition. 8. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Let's Harmonise and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Let's Harmonise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Let's Harmonise operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration.
